Operational Custody & Accountability
HHAV operates exclusively as a specialized system installer, integrator, and technology contractor. HHAV does not own, operate, monitor, review, store, or manage the recordings or data generated by systems installed on client properties — unless separately contracted in writing.
The individual property owner, facility manager, or business operator (the "Premises Operator") retains full data custody and operational ownership. The Premises Operator is solely responsible for on-site signage, regulatory compliance, data retention periods, access request fulfillment, and all decisions regarding how the installed equipment is used.
Visitor Rights & Questions
For questions about active cameras, recording policies, requests to access your data, or requests to delete historical records — please contact the building management or administrative operators of this property directly. HHAV does not hold database credentials and cannot retrieve, view, or modify footage or records on behalf of individuals.
