Technical Information: For driver licensing purposes, we collect your Control4 Director MAC address. This is used solely to bind your license key to your hardware.

Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. HHAV does not receive or store your full card number, expiry, or CVV. We may retain transaction IDs and billing amounts for accounting purposes.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymized data about how our website and services are used to improve the experience for all users.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, issue and manage license keys, respond to support requests, and communicate important service updates.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We share data only where necessary to deliver our services. This includes:

Stripe for payment processing. Their privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.

Service providers who assist in operating our platform, under strict confidentiality agreements.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of HHAV or others.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. License records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for compliance purposes. You may request deletion of non-essential data at any time.

We take data security seriously. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
